Zinhle Maditla, who was blamed for killing her four kids in Klarinet, eMalahleni, Mpumalanga was on Monday discovered blameworthy of planned homicide.
Maditla was indicted in the Mpumalanga High Court sitting in Middelburg, National Prosecuting Authority territorial representative Monica Nyuswa said.
"She confessed and Tuesday it will be contentions for condemning," Nyuswa said.
Maditla had said in her request understanding that she had taken a portion of the rodent poison she provided for her kids and approached the court for kindness, as indicated by eNCA.
She was captured on December 30, 2018, after she gave herself over to the Vosman police headquarters.
This was soon after the decayed assortments of her four youngsters – two young ladies matured four and eight, and two young men matured seven and 11 months – were found in her leased room.
Police representative Brigadier Leonard Hlathi had before said that everything "appeared to be well at the time" that Maditla and her youngsters were most recently seen on December 26.
