Newcastle United winger Christian Atsu says he is prepared to do his best regardless of who leads the Black Stars in Egypt.
The fluctuating wide man demands whoever the mentor has picked as captain, he will give him the required acknowledgment as he has done dependably since he came into the group.
“For me, I don’t mind who is captain of the Black Stars. Whoever the coach decides is captain, I will give him the same respect and support I gave to the old captain,” Atsu told citisportsonline.com
“What’s important is winning the cup. If we can win the AFCON, it will bring happiness to the country.”
Atsu won the best player of the 2015 AFCON in Equatorial Guinea where Ghana achieved the finals.
